We prefer first in-person visit but you can also schedule a telemedicine appointment for subsequent
visits.
If you leave too far; please call us and we can discuss telemedicine option.
Please preregister if you are a new patient. We will contact you to schedule an appointment based on
your
needs.
📝Pre-Registration
If you are a new patient, please use the "Pre-Registration" link and enter all the
information. You can Pre-Register without an appointment to get started with practice. We will reach out
to guide you through the next steps such as how to transfer records, obtain vaccination records and to
schedule an appointment.

Once you are registered with our practice, you can access your child's medical records, immunization
records, growth charts though Patient portal. You can request refills though portal as well.

📅 Book Appointment
If you are a new patient, please use the "Pre-Registration" link above to register
with our practice and call to make an appointment.
This will work best for new patients since we will need records from your previous pediatrician,
vaccination records (we may be able to pull them from state immunization registry) and
Insurance information and we can discuss any questions that you may have on how to obtain them.
If you are an existing patient, we prefer that you book appointment using the Patient
Portal, or give us a call.
If you are unable to access the Patient Portal, you can book an appointment using the "Book Appointment"
Please use the "Book Appointment" link and select "Book" next to the physician's name.
Then, choose the "Appointment Reason," and available time slots will be displayed.
Once you select a time, if you are scheduling an appointment for your child,
please choose the "Book for Someone Else" option to ensure both your child's information and your
information are correctly entered.
